A lot of people stay away from the Mustang because it has no bells and whistles like other vehicles of similar money. It has an engine and a radio...outside of that, what amenities does it offer?
If Mustang / Ford was smart, they would not do a wagon, or 4 door, they should throw GPS systems, and luxury amenities into the car and the sales would increase.

Well, I got the impression that you were asking for opinions about what we would recommend.

If thats not the case, and this is just a dream session, then I guess I'd have to go w/ a used C5 that's been TT'd by Lingenfelter.

BTW, the GT500 is less than $50k

I thought it was over 50k, but the MSRP is $45755. My bad.

I was referring to a new vehicle, but it's your option.
Those lingenfelters are amazing. I had a chance to drive one a couple years ago. The car can go 0-60 in 3.9 seconds SKIPPING 2nd gear. Amazing.

Yes, I made a comment to that in a previous post...this one:

I really thought it was 60+, but I was mistaken.

I had a buddy get one as a rental and he let me drive it and it was junk. First of all it is a 4 door which makes it to sedan like. Second of all, even with a V8 it has no power.

Did you drive the RT 5.7 litre v-8 with the hemi??? Cause you should not be saying that. I test drove one and had it going sidways down the street. Did you also have the traction control on? Cause that will hurt the power a lot.

Can you even rent an RT 5.7? If so, I'm gonna rent one for a day, and go buck wild!

I doubt you can...they go from the 3.5 litre v-6 to the 5.7 litre v-8. Maybe you actually drove the v-6.

Winner winner. THe BMW 3 series is a ridonkulous car. Feels like a fricking formula one car. Not that I know what that feels like but it feels like what I THINK a formula one car would feel like.
