Actually, I heard Steve Young state he would be a much better choice than Jeff George, and he was available! I agree. I'll call Bill Walsh and see what his thoughts are on the issue

Trade doesn't appeal to Favre September 21 Wisconsin State Journal: "Thus, a reporter asked Favre Wednesday what he would do if Buccaneers coach Jon Gruden - a former Packers assistant - or Redskins coach Joe Gibbs decided Favre was the missing piece and made Packers general manager Ted Thompson an offer he couldn't refuse." |
