Re: Starting Cowboys Safety Shot Twice

actually its really not all to hard to be a law abiding citizen and be shot twice, you're either a cop, work at 7 11 or live in the ghetto... i dont think any of these pertain to him though...

but in all seriousness hope the guy gets better, dont wish anything like that on anyone...

I hope Keith Davis is okay and he makes a full recovery.

That said, he is a terrible FS. What he really is, is a ST demon and an OK SS.

Last year was his first as a starter and he made some terrible mistakes.

Remember that long run by washout Broncos RB Ron Dayne in Overtime? Last man back who whiffed on the tackle - didn't even slow him up - Keith Davis.

Who was Roy Williams covering for on the first Santana Moss TD? Keith Davis. (The second TD was Williams Fault)

The saints Sean Payton (ex-Cowboy coach) offered him a contract - which Dallas matched - in the off season, to play Strong Safety.

Parcells kicked him off the team two years ago because he got shot 'picking up a friend at a topless bar'.

Dallas drafted a FS in the Fourth Round AND they signed Coleman in the off season. Coleman is a FS who played for Parcells in in the past. In NY I think.

Dallas signed LB and ST Demon Rocky Boiman in the off season.

If Davis is as healthy as a horse tomorrow, I doubt he will ever play for Parcells again.

I agree. Maybe if he does play this year, the cowboys would be better off moving Williams back to free safety and davis to strong safety.

williams is slow and bad in coverage... that'd be a terrible idea. they should bench davis and start coleman at FS.

I don't know what the fuck is funny about the shooting. The man was shot and some of you clowns in here find it funny? How disgusting.

Bad things happen to you when you keep bad company.

That's a lesson that I hope Sean Taylor has learned.

I hope he's ok, but when I read the title I thought it was another recap of the first Cowboys/Skins game last year. I'm sorry.

Shot twice? does this make him a lock for Dallas' hall of fame?
