No way he gets in before Art Monk. Once Art gets in, i'm sure he'll get in.I can't wait to see what great things Peter King says about Smith, and how he should be a HOF'er and such.

There are a lot of guys who should be in the hall but aren't and Monk tops the list. But we're beating a dead horse. In 2-3 years, a lot of great players will be eligible for the hall, so I hope for his sake he goes in one of the next two years.
Jimmy Smith is a HOFer. First Ballot? I don't know.
