College coaches really just don't ever pan out man. Jimmy Johnson was the last one I believe that worked great. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I think it's more that college coaches don't get to coach players like RG3. So then they don't work out.

We have a pro-lifer thats coaching RG3 and isn't working out.
