Colt will get punished by an NFL defense. He's been having trouble with reads and the Sooner blitz all day.

LT needs to be our first pick, not QB unless Clausen is there.

I don't care if he is there. We need to re build the o line, not pick a rookie QB. Although JC may never be a top NFL QB, if he has a line in front of him he is serviceable. Carolina made it to the SB w/ Jake Delhomme.

I just read that after putting up my post... that is a great point, yeah, changed my mind. First 2-3 picks need to be o-linemen, get rid of joe bugel, get a better o-line coach and build up the front trenches for the next 5 years.

I think I'm on the Clausen bandwagon too. Not saying we should go QB but he's impressive IMO. I thought the same of Quinn though. I'll shut up now.

Clausen is very impressive. I've been watching him very closely this season and he's made a lot of big time throws. As you hinted though, you can never tell until you actually see the guy suit up on the next level. I'm sure the Skins will be looking at him.

Claussen will be on the board well into the teens.

Taking him at #4 would be an asinine move.

I was listening to the game (It was on the house, I'm not into college sports) and I kept hearing something about Bradford re-injuring his shoulder. Shouldn't that be red flags to NOT draft this kid? A few years taking shots in at the pro level and that dude's career is done.

If it heals like Drew Brees' shoulder, I'd take him

I don't want either of these guys. Especially McCoy. The first pick had better be a big nasty 300 + lb o linemen who is ready to start right away.

Re: Texas vs. Oklahoma: Scouting our next QB?

Either Bradford or McCoy would be great - strong arms, fairly mobile, both are pretty good at going through their reads. My personal opinion is that McCoy is a little better.
