Perfect day today. Just got in from nice long run, getting ready to hit up happy hour somewhere in Bethesda with a patio with the fiancée and some co-workers. Stay tuned for my 10pm appearance in the drunk thread!

Not likely, Rhode Island is not a foreign country...or an island.

Re: 10/10 perfect weather for the 1st of April

I'm looking forward to this weekend.

Tomorrow I'm going to brave the <massive> crowds and take my 2 year old niece to the zoo for the first time along with my sisters and brother in law. With the Cherry Blossom Festival, Easter weekend/spring break, and the nice weather I'm sure the place is going to be packed but it should still be fun. The National Zoo has been one of my favorite places ever since I was a kid.

Sunday will be fun as my family always has a big Easter get together. My aunt's house has like 2.5 acres and our family has a ton of little kids so there's always a huge Easter egg hunt. After that we'll probably have our typical family home run derby contest. Those can get pretty heated.

After that I took off work on Monday so that my dad and I can go to the Nats game. We've been to all the home openers since the Nationals came here so we've got a nice tradition going. The weather on Monday looks almost as good as today and I got pretty nice seats along the first base line so it should be fun.

I LOVE this time of the year (allergies be damned)!!!

Same here man, love the zoo. My grandma lived in Adams Morgan until around 2000, when we were kids and still living in NoVA we'd go visit her and she'd always take us to the zoo and past the monuments and memorials. Last time I was there they were adding on quite a bit so I'd love to check it out. Wish I could've seen Tai Shan again, he was so young last time they still had him just on camera.

Sounds like you've got a nice weekend lined up.

One or both of those. Was at the in-laws.

Got to shoot some basketball for the first time since my arm injury/surgery last year. Did well, felt great.
