I have not read any reports of Colemen's play in the scrimmage, can someone help me out? Colemen and Jayden are the obvious 2 I will be watching but really preseaon is about evaluating the entire roster.

Already better than any opening drive last year. My goodness was the Rivera era a disaster. That drive felt normal.

Hard not for me to get all negative Nancy about Dotson and I am trying to rationalize it is only preseason but if he is going to take the next level and validate his draft position this was not a great first game.

On the screen to TM he didn't block well but the pass was a bit upfield which lead TM into the defender. The truth is of JD's 3 passes 2 of them were off target. The deep ball was perfect and I'm still totally in the tank for Jayden Daniels but he was off on those short passes and something to keep an eye on. |
