Part of getting older is also, hopefully, getting wiser. Part of getting wiser is just kind of accepting what your genetics gave you for your body and face.

I'm not saying that getting a nose job is bad if you have an enormous snout, or having a reasonable boob job if it makes a woman feel more attractive.

But I agree with you that 80-90% of the plastic surgery doesn't look that good and makes you stare MORE than what they had before. Some plastic surgery just turns out BAD. Every surgery is a risk. Is it really worth it?

My most recent WTF moment...

I was getting off of the Metro train last week at the Gallery Place Chinatown Station ... I saw this woman having a very loud Face Time Call and she was completely oblivious to everyone around her. She kept walking the crowded station with her iPhone out in front of her and plowing through the crowded station bumping into people, every so often saying "Excuse Me! Can't You See I'm On A Call Here!" Then I heard her say to her friend on the Face Time Call "Sorry about that...I am So People are Just So Rude that they won't get out of a person's when they can clearly see the person is on an important call!"

Backstory: The guy narrating that video was locked up because he tortured a legal weed dispensary owner (who dealt only in cash due to banks not wanting to do business with dispensaries) with 2 friends. They tortured this guy because they thought he had a mil stashed in the Mojave Desert. After he couldn't give them what they wanted, they cut off his dick and poured bleach on him. How does the video come into play? He filmed it with a contraband iPhone as he and two others were escaping from the jail in Orange County after he had been arrested and extradited to the US (which is a whole other story in itself). If you don't mind the gory details the entire story is a fascinating look into the mind of an insane person.

Idk how I keep going down this rabbit hole of brutal murders, but last week it was watching a gang fight in some South American prison where dudes were getting hacked to death with a machete and now this week it's cab drivers getting brutally stabbed to death/shot in the back of the head. What a horrible way to go.
