Moss was, is and always will be a cowboy killer.

SS, then what do you think about sports analysts who say things like:

- The Redskins made a mistake by switching to the 3-4
- Getting McNabb was not a good idea
- The whole Haynesworth saga was dragged out by MS
- What are they thinking by benching McNabb
- This team is not good at anything and are headed in the wrong direction

I try to be positive about the team, but then I hear people like Matt Williamson (who I think is a pretty good analyst) say that this team is going in the wrong direction and that they are terrible, it's hard to keep any positivity.

You're right, fans are stupid, and we all say our share of stupid things. But it's just pretty damn hard to be positive about the team and agree with what the coach is doing.

Rex definitely hasn't been a step down from McNabb so far.

I hate to say this, if Rex works out, it will be bittersweet for the team because it will mean that you wasted two picks for McNabb.

I mus say, the offense has stepped up and are taking advantage of the Cowpuke miscues. For once I'd like us to be in the winning end of a game like this.

You expect this crap from a rookie coach, not someone as experienced as Shanahan.
The defense was headed downhill either way -- put the same guys back in the 4-3 and our D would be in the same position. Years of horrific personnel strategy that didn't address depth or planning for the departure of older players led us to where we are right now.

How has he "ignored" interior offensive line issues? Only so much you can do in one season without draft picks.

He had to roll the dice on McNabb. Can't blame him for trying to bring in a veteran QB to rely on. Sucks to miss on out on the draft picks, but not many people would have predicted his suckage this year.

The pissing match with Haynesworth? What was he supposed to do? AH was determined to be an asswipe no matter what.

Bringing in Galloway didn't hurt anymore than it helped -- no draft picks traded for him, no big hit on the cap. It's a wash. You're reaching dude.

Torain can outrun a Ware who spent himself doing a bull rush.

It's not a horrible one-two punch, with Torrain and Williams.

Makes all the difference when drives aren't killed with missed receivers.
