Re: Good Guys vs. Bills Gameday Thread
It's hard to be better than "not bad" when you're offense is constantly coughing up the ball. Some of those 77 points are on the offense too.
Bottom line is they got beat in all three phases by a better team. |

Re: Good Guys vs. Bills Gameday Thread
Ron, Jack and EB get an F from me. I just see too much basic shit from my couch that these guys can do better.
For instance, if you already know that 71 sucks then why isn't he getting help? I would have Bates over on his side all the time. I'm not going to get beat w/ sacks & sack fumbles. It's hidden yardage in the field position game. If I have to leave in 7 guys then so be it. But you are not going to tee off on my QB. Where were the screens to slow down the rush? Ron should have been all in EB's ass about protection. Protection would be first, not my 5 wr's all out all the time so I can show off my offense. What is your protection plan? EB didn't have one. And please, stop covering their best guy w/ a safety. Where was the spy on Allen? These guys can't do basic shit sometimes. |

Rivera and JDR are as mediocre as it gets in this league. I've seen enough of those two. The jury is still out on Bieneimy. He's been very uneven in the early going. |

Good Guys vs. Bills Gameday Thread

EB is in the same situation as the owner. Coming here when there was a spending freeze. GM Ron taking backup d backs and ignoring the Oline in the draft. Let EB have a real offseason just like Harris. Not one where the main goal was for douchebag to gtfo. Give him some semblance of an oline and an experienced quarterback. He will have both next year. As shitty as today is the future of this team without Dans stink on it is right around the corner. Full complement of draft picks, ton of cap space, and a new owner eager to put his stamp on things. It is the perfect storm. Look at this year as a “who wants to be part of the new direction” auditions. That goes for players, coaches, brass, and the mother fuckers selling loose joints in the parking lot. |

We don't have anymore than 1 or 2 actual starting quality offensive lineman.

They were extremely limited in free agency because of the selling of the team. Thought this was fairly common knowledge. |

His shotgun spread stuff may work against the weaker teams but he gets exposed against a team like the Bills. Next week will pretty much tell it all. The Eagles are going to rush, they got some dogs on their front 4. If there are no adjustments in formations and protections then we know EB just isn't the guy. Re: Good Guys vs. Bills Gameday Thread
You just don't typically see NFL Veteran HC's suffering blowout losses like today.

Re: Good Guys vs. Bills Gameday Thread
A new QB with less than 5 starts and this OL are not compatible. Our OL is absolutely fucking atrocious. Howell is not set-up for success. No QB would be, really.
Our line is an embarrassment to the game of football. And it will be Rivera's death knell, which really isn't a bad thing, if you can think about 2024 over 2023.

Re: Good Guys vs. Bills Gameday Thread
EB getting a lot of crap but Sam was awful today. You can’t move the ball much with 5 TOs. And should have been 6.

Bieneimy is hanging Howell out to dry, so that is where the criticism is stemming. You can't continue to go empty backfield with a porous o-line and not at least leave an extra blocker or two to help protect Howell. |
