I wouldn't call Flacco or Sanchez top tier also.

Definitely wouldn't call Sanchize top tier either but Flacco is above average, and definitely better than Sanchez.

Greg Cosell compared Sanchez this week to... Rex Grossman.

Funny thing is I think Sanchez still has a long way to go to even reach Grossman's level.

Jets have a passer on their roster with a career passer rating of 146.9.

Time to put in the backup.

Triple threat! He's the new Michael Vick minus the off field transgressions.

Mangold isn't going to help their porous rush D.

Funny, I was thinking the exact same thing. Sanchez is more physically gifted, but he just can't stop turning that ball over again and again.

Re: Around the NFL week 4

The funniest thing might be (besides my awesome LT joke) is that Flacco's poor performance this game might be a byproduct of Zorn being laid off. Then again Matt Cassel isn't exactly lighting it up in Kansas City.

But he stills make a huge difference on that line as it has been seen today.

Re: Around the NFL week 4

If you showed me only the stat line to this game I would have thought they were playing in the middle of a sub zero hail storm. Or at least a monsoon.

Well the Chiefs did manage to beat the Vikes today, but they are shambles and nothing can help that team (except playing the Vikes for the rest of the season).

Re: Around the NFL week 4

When are the Vikes gonna put Ponder in? Seems like they've got nothing to lose now.

Psh. Even Gabbert and Newton had better stats in that monsoon last week.
