I didn't say they were the accurate issues. I said these were the problems I see with JC. Now again I'm not a coach, but at this point I would be changing out JC to try to make a statement and maybe ignite a fire. that anyone can get benched at this point.

If you see other issues with the QB feel free to share, but don't point out O-line issues when I was simply talking about JC's issues. Unless you don't think JC has issues.

I think Zorn is gone by noon tomorrow. Whoever we get, I hope they are an absolute asshole, who instills some discipline and work ethic in this group of underachievers.

That's untrue. Cause we have the OC Smith, and some lame assistant to Zorn as QB coach.

Out of all the HC's mentions I only see a couple that fit your requirements....Cowher and Gruden. Gruden definitly knows the WCO not sure about Cowher.

Re: Now What??

Pretty simple if you ask me. Zorn has demonstrated repeatedly that he is not head coach material.

Case and point for the jackasses that dispute every word I type.

Zorn, undisputedly and singlehandedly, cost us 7 points today. We lost by 5 to the worst franchise in the NFL. Nice knowing ya... Learn how to playcall and head coach on someone elses time...

Btw. Snyder, you are an idiot too. You hired a quarterback coach with no playcalling or head coaching experience to run what used to be one of the best franchises in the league. Go sue some more grandmothers you 5 4 piece of shit.

There, I feel slightly better.

How about you start with people who are actually struggling? Since you know, you have to walk before you run.

Still, Campbell did not play well. There is absolute no timing or rhythm to his game. He is inconsistent and you cannot absolve him from the problems on this team. The thing is that he is one of many problems. (Chad Rhinehart is not an NFL player and they had to help him all day long (because he was getting beaten the whole first half until they started giving him help on every play). But Campbell played very poorly today. I think you have to come to the conclusion that he is not the long-term answer for this team.
The starting QB of any struggling team has to be accountable. Show me a really good QB that can only manage 7 points a game (yes, I discount garbage time TDs). Better QBs have been benched before. He missed a lot of plays out there (out of bounds onthe fade, Moss at the 5, ARE was WIDE open on the INT). His pocket awareness and footwork is awful and any pass he attempts after having to take a few steps are way off.

Rodney Harrison on Football Tonight in America:

"It's the QB. I don't know what they see in Campbell. He's a backup that's been elevated to the status of Starter."

Dungy basically threw the whole organization under the bus, which is obviously the bigger problem. I say start over. We've seen what rookie coaches can do with really good rookie QBs (Jets, Ravens, Falcons). Who's to say we couldn't be a threat next year with a new GM, Coach and QB. Seems to be the rule and not the exception these days.

Ok. Zorn is struggling and Snyder has been struggling for 10 years. If both of them left town tomorrow, I would throw a f-ing party.

Re: Now What??

I'd take the first available unemployed head coach over what we've got, and I'd make the change Monday morning. I'd also get rid of Vinnie because he just doesn't add anything to the team. I would even take Brian Billick.

Because in the end it's always Jason Campbell's fault apparently.

Poor Campbell, the team should let him walk at the end of this season, the FO doesn't want him, the fans don't like him.

We should get rid of Campbell, plus any receivers who show promise this year.

We need to be a running team because that's what we were in the 70's and 80's. And the only way to get there is to get rid of all people who have had success throwing and catching the football in their careers.

Re: Now What??

Let's also trade for JaMarcus Russell, just so we have no incentive to actually put the ball in the air.

Re: Now What??

They brought up a good point this evening on "Sunday Night In America". Zorn isn't going anywhere right now. If you fire him this week, you have to replace him with three guys. A QB coach, OC, and HC.

They also put a lot of blame on Campbell...saying he's a backup QB who doesn't deserve to be a starter. Not quite sure about that, although he isn't championship material.

Tony Dungy feels the problems are on the organizational level (yeah we've been saying that for some time.) Which of course means the only way to ever correct that is to hope Snyder sells the team and the new owner cleans house from top to bottom.

Man I would love Dungy to come be a part of the Redskins. He identifies the issue right away, a systemic issue within the organization. It all starts from up top. Snyder has disgraced this frachise with his reign as owner and made us an unstable, inconsistant, embarrassment. Snyder needs to give up all football decisions to a real GM. Vinny needs to be fired. Snyder's way of fantasy football-like running of this ship has gotten old and it doesnt work. I like our team and our talent on it, but Zorn is not a head coach. I still support Blanche at this point.
