I personally am not all up in arms about this Russia bounty thing.

1. things have to be confirmed before any opinions made
2. appears it was included in his daily briefing report in writing in Feb
3. but trump doesnt read them and has people read it to him
4. people reading it to him only read him the "good" news
5. WH higher ups did know
