I don't see that. I guess there is a chance that MS could stay but at this point can his son and the DC? No, is the simple answer, so why would a coach with one year left on his deal want to stick around and deal with two new coordinators?

There are too many reason for this to be his final year now.

As far as III goes, I have no doubt barring offseason injury that he is the starter week 1. He is too good to let this do anything more than motivate him and I don't believe Kirk cousins would have a chance in hell to beat him out in a real position battle after a full nfl offseason.

Mike has 7 million reasons to stay.
I wonder what his contract says what we can do to fire Kyle, is it even permissible?

I dig that idea. But Snyder is being totally professional through this IMO and letting Shanahan make his own exit.

Have to admit it but i've been impressed by Snyder's actions of late. I thought Shanny would be gone for sure after the Chief's game. I also thought there would have been a bigger uproar after the benching of RGIII. It seems he's taking that whole "staying out of the way" thing seriously....to an extent, which is nice to see for once.

I will be shocked if any of the coaches on that list would be willing to work with Mr. Jock Sniffer..

Yeah, 'cause if you owned the Skins you would NEVER hang out with the players.

BTW ... one of the most successful owners during the Gibbs era? Eddie DeBartalo. Guy hung out in locker rooms and was a HUGE fan of his players.

Bill polian said yesterday that manning and Jim Kelly basically.told the owners what to do and what they wanted was always there for them.

That is correct I would not!! In business you learn not to befriend your direct reports. If you do they will more than likely take advantage of you. That is business 101.. If my boss had a relationship with one of my reports, I would feel hampered in how I could discipline that report. The problem is Synder was the kid who was picked last in backyard sports, probably picked on in high school, and now wants to be one of the cool kids.. Who by the way sucks at Madden in Franchise mode...

Not so ignorant to know this owner has been the worst owner for 20+ years.. Can you tell me one thing he has done well since buying this team?

In case you guys forgot, Synder was the one who coveted Shanahan. He's the one who wined and dined Mike trying to hire him while Zorn was still coaching.. Mike didn't magically appear. This was another Dan blunder.. How many years of failure do you guys need to realize he is a horrible owner. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone with you guys defending the sniffer..
