About what? How his receivers aren't in midseason form? God that guy bombed his pro day. Alright maybe now bombed, but it certainly didn't make a case for him to be a second round pick.

Didn't get a chance to talk to him, work got in the way. Was just going to talk to him about the Redskins...and tell him I'm hoping we don't draft him

If you see Bradford, can you tell him I hope we don't draft him? LOL. Actually, you'll probably tell him that I'm his #1 fan.

What if they end up with Favre and McNabb! That would be awesome.

I would like it if they signed Sage. He knows Kyle's offense and put up some decent games with the Texans.

After we get Sage we just need to swing a deal for Andre Johnson....then lookout!!!

Besides Childress being McNabbs first NFL QB's coach, Kevin Rogers the Viking's QB coach, was also his position coach at Syracuse. Supposedly when Childress went to visit Favre about playing next year, it was with McNabb in mind. Hmmm...

Report: JaMarcus Russell weighs 290 pounds

You might think this is business as usual. However whats surprising to me is that it was reported that people were going to be surprised at how much Russell had trimmed down. If he did then looks like he might have been the first 300+ pound QB since Jared Lorenzen.

Quote:
JaMarcus Russell reportedly weighed in at 290 pounds when he reported for the Raiders' offseason program.

So Oakland can scratch left tackle off its list of needs. Russell was initially reported to weigh 271, but many close to the situation immediately doubted that report. Russell, annually and incredibly overweight, isn't doing anything to shed his emerging label as the biggest bust in NFL history.

Anyway maybe McNabb could be headed to Alcatraz, er I mean Oakland, weather he wants to not.

I think he has the right to refuse a trade to any team he doesn't want to go to, but if they give him an extention and the moneys right..... I also heard Oakland is willing to give up Asomugha for him.

Only in principle. Basically his best chance to stop a trade is to scare the crap out of a team that wants to trade for him.

I personally didn't (can't say I said the same thing about Quinn) but apparently a lot scouts fell in love with him during the offseason leading up to the draft. I've heard some people compare his skillset to that of John Elway. He's also had one of the most impressive pro days in recent memory, weighing in at 256 and running a 4.8 40, then throwing the ball 60 yards from his knees. All the while being all but personally in-sync with his recievers at his pro day despite spending most of him time training out of state.

Not sure what you mean Dirtbag. Does he or doesn't he?

So much for him showing up slim and trim, what's up with that?

If I'm the Raiders I would just cut him. It's obvious the guy just isn't going to pan out. He's a bum.

Thing is Russell had apparently ballooned to 305 lbs during the off-season...so technically he did slim down to 290.
