I think the reason they haven't already signed Adams is because they know that they will draft Tackles this year. If they sign 2 good tackles, they won't need to sign Adams.

^ They were going to sign Flozell. But then Flozell tripped Bruce Allen in the Redskins Park hallway and Allen got too mad to sign him.
