I decided to work from home today (fortunately my job allows for that), because I knew I would break down more than once throughout the course of the day. I was sitting at my desk this morning, and the closet door was open. I saw my #21 jersey hanging neatly where I placed it last night before I went to bed. Hey man, it's tough to see him die. It sucks when it's your favorite player to. Remember though, he may not be with us any more in body, but forever more his spirit will live on.

As a Football player myself, this is also in a way also for me to. The football players all over America lost one of their own brothers. Not all of us play at the same level, but those of us at the amateur level look up to guys like him while we watch games on Sundays to show us by what he does on the field what we might be doing wrong so that we can get better ourselves.

As I said before I have never been this sad with a passing outside of my family. I didn't find out until I got to school, some kid came up to me at my locker and asked me if I heard the news, I said I knew he was shot but he told me he died. I didn't believe him and just decided to wait and found out myself. I walked into my first class and my teacher was talking about how he died and it was so hard for me not to just cry, a few tears dropped and I had to fight with everything I had from breaking down. I just couldn't believe it.

What a day. My dad called me bright and early this morning to give me the news. I'm still in shock. ST was much more than just another football player. He will be missed both on the field and off. RIP Sean and thanks for the memories.

I haven't heard anything. I know his season is over, he had to have his spleen removed. Perhaps he is still in th hospital and the media haven't contacted him.

My condolences and prayers go out to Sean Taylor and his family.

Sean Taylor was one of my favorite safties in the NFL. He had a great career at Miami and I knew he was going to be good...only 24. Shame to see such a great athlete and player leave the field. He had many hall of fame years ahead of him.

To all the Redskins fans, I hope you guys are able to recoup and heal after this tragic loss. Hopefully Landry can lead your defense in the future, but no one will fill the shoes of Sean Taylor. He was such an amazing athlete and saftey. On his way to another Pro Bowl year.

Prayers to Sean Taylor's wife and child. Let them recover and heal and God guide them through a successful mental and physical healing. I wish the best for their future.

I woke up early to catch a flight back to Houston and saw the news. I had to hold it together, do my job. I still just cannot believe it's true. It just cannot be.

I cannot believe I am writing these words: Rest in Peace, Sean Taylor. We will always love you and remember you, playing Redskin football the way it is supposed to be played.
