Re: The Official 2010 NFL Draft Thread: Rounds 2-3
I wouldn't mind picking up Cam Thomas in the 5th (if he drops that far). He could be our future NT.

Eric Norwood = FAIL haha.
I'd love either of these 2 guys with our 4th. 1. Bruce Campbell 2. Joe McKnight |

You can add Everson Griffen. Griffen, Jarmon and Orakpo at ends would be a lighting fast pass rush.

Gotta say, I'm really surprised Bruce Campbell has fallen this far.

Re: The Official 2010 NFL Draft Thread: Rounds 2-3
I think it's safe to say all 3 won't go RB since they all have one...so Joe McKnight will be there and we all know Shanny loves taking RB's.
OL is a different question...I can see all 3 taking an interest in Campbell and I can also see all 3 taking an interest in EG from USC. Man....this will be interesting. |

St. Louis - Between Saffold, Barron, and Smith I think it's safe to say the Rams don't go for a tackle. I say 2% chance Minnesota - Apparently they were rumored to be moving Mount McKinnie but I think they're happy with their line depth and would rather address other areas. I say 10% chance Tampa Bay - Donald Penn and Jeremy Trueblood make up one of the better pairs of bookends in the league so if they get Campbell it would most defintelely be for depth. At the same time they're in a similar situation as the Saints with Jamaal Brown with Donald Penn. I say 30% chance. Kansas City - They were considering Okung earlier but that was because they were considering moving Albert inside for the sake of upgrading LT and LG at the same time. A 2 for 1 move if you will. Still it seems they already drafted their new LG with the guy who had the porn name. I say 14% chance Washington - I don't know much about the Redskins but I'll give it a shot. Basically all I know is that Allen drafted a promising Maryland product in Dre Moore back in 08 and cut him before the season began. I say 60% chance. The biggest threat for the new wave of Campbell supporters would be someone trading up. However after seeing the fleury of trade ups in the second round......well I think it's safe to say we're good.

Re: The Official 2010 NFL Draft Thread: Rounds 2-3
Ummm. Gtripp sent me this like program. Actually I have no idea. It's just a quantitative way of explaining how I feel about Campbell's chances. I personally just based KC on the fact that they seem to be happy with their tackles and the only way they were going to take a tackle is if someone was good enough to move Albert inside. Combine that with them drafting Beadles the Guard and you have me spitting out 14%. Plus I think Pioli and company are at the point where they enjoy taking people I've never heard of.

I don't understand what Cleveland is thinking. So they get rid of Brady Quinn and Anderson to bring in Delhommme and McCoy? Is McCoy any better of a passer than Quinn? I'd say neither is ever going to be a star but I'd probably take Quinn over McCoy.

I'd also say Baltimore, as usual has had a great off season. You give up a 3rd rounder for Boldin and then they draft two potential immediate starters on an aging defense.

Re: The Official 2010 NFL Draft Thread: Rounds 2-3
Ravens are lazy. They took their time to decide what to do in the first then for scouting their early round prospects they only watched the National Championship Game.
