M-m-m-m, OK, I guess so, if we have to do it for the short term to Orton. No to the rest. If the Skins sign one of these players, it should be because they couldn't land the #2 pick to take RGIII. And, like some others here, I would still want to see the Skins draft a QB of the future this year. I would like to have either Tannehill or Cousins in that role. |

Since we are throwing out names, what about Flacco? Can you imagine the Ravens with Manning?

re: Colts Officially Release Peyton Manning (QB Thread #11)
Haven't we been down this dog and pony show before? Why do fans always fall for this short term fix? I don't even see why Manning would come here. His RT and best TE are one puff away from being done. No wr's. Shaky o-line. I just don't see him coming here.

Odd that people are shooting down the idea of Schaub so easily. He knows this offense and is capable of putting up big numbers, and he's only 30.

Plus, you can still play for the future by drafting a QB to learn behind Manning. I still think you go all out, trade picks for the ability to draft RGIII, sign Manning and free agents to improve now, and we are set for a long time. |

Kind of a short sighted view don't you think, considering we have 8 draft picks and a ton of cap room to go along with Manning.
