Next up on the ONE UP contract list. Matt Ryan, come on down.

MATT RYAN CONTRACT: Atlanta Falcons near mega-deal for QB Matt Ryan that could pay him $30M per year | WSB-TV

Expected 30mil/yr. Kirk is loving this shit.

Kinda like safety since ST passed until recently, instead of patching with Ryan Clark retreads, invest in it.

A dynamic RB will help every single position group on offense, and can help the defense with time of possession.

Glad it's a foul now though, it's nasty.

Matt Ryan is better than Kirk, and has taken his team to a SB, Still not worth 30M a yr but that's the market

If Atlanta Falcons had a better defense, running game and an offensive coordinator that understood the basics of running out the clock they would have easily won the Super Bowl in 2016.

Crazy how often people take two different things, that have a facade of similarity, and use that to judge actions.

Difference is Landry is cooperating, and even if he wanted to fight it, they didn't just trade for an expensive WR that wouldn't allow him to actually pay him the amount of the tag, so it'd be more difficult to fight.

Apparently I did not. Some people did seem to want to try it, guess you weren't on that side of the fence.

Hell no, not after the Alex Smith trade. Had the 'skins not signed Smith, I would've been for it, but it would've had to have been a situation where both Cousins and the Redskins were on board. I even thought it may have been very likely. But all of that goes out the door with the Smith trade, and the only ones talking about this happening were those in the sports media who usually talk trash about the 'skins anyway.

Next time, I'll have to put a disclaimer on my tongue in cheek posts so as not to be judge as being a judge or..er..something like that.
