Re: Griffin's Impact on our Offense
True, but the fact remains with the new slotting system it's much easier to get a deal done. There's little room to negotiate.

Re: Griffin's Impact on our Offense
You're right about Newton. And Bradford wasn't signed before he was drafted either the year before.

Re: Griffin's Impact on our Offense
Ok, but that means nothing until he gets to the NFL...and also theres still a couple of QB's names that are on there that aren't good/busts, so yeah this statistic is still meaningless until we see Mr. Griffin come to Washington and play.

Re: Griffin's Impact on our Offense
If Robert Griffin III is drafted by the Redskins, will Jabbar Gaffney give up #10 jersey?

Re: Griffin's Impact on our Offense
Most likely Gaffney won't have to because he'll be a FA.

Re: Griffin's Impact on our Offense
Idc what number he wears, as long as he's wearing a Redskins jersey.

Re: Griffin's Impact on our Offense
I'm with you on that, but I was just curious if in one of Jabbar's ranks on twitter if he expressed a willingness to give up the number.

Re: Griffin's Impact on our Offense
i wouldnt say its meaningless. they have these things for a reason. when your selecting your 2nd pick in the draft you take all things into consideration and intelligence is defintely one of them.
