I agree, but apparently that is Danny Smiths fault???? People blamed Danny Smith for Suisham and Novak too. They were even worse when they left DC. That being said Danny Smith is horrible - but that has nothing to do with the fact that we havent had a guy who can kick since Lohmiller.

If he has sorted that problem out, he'll be one of the top kickers in the league and better yet, could be here for 15 years since he started here as a rookie. He could be our own Morton Anderson. I hope Gano has really improved and will be here for a long time. He's beat out Shayne Graham (who was horrible in preseason) and Neil Rackers in consecutive years. Those are, or at least were big-name kickers.
