Re: 2015 NFL Draft: Round 1
To be honest, I feel that this has nothing to do with RG3. Build the line, if RG3 works out, great. If not, the line is ready for whoever is the next QB (even if that's a rookie).

If Scherff is a right guard then I hope we still take a right tackle or visa-versa. Get our depth built up on the o line.

Re: 2015 NFL Draft: Round 1
I see Scherff playing OT and sliding Moses inside to guard. Frankly I'm am happier getting a OT than I would have been getting Fowler or Cooper. You win in the trenches. Great teams draft great O-line and D-linemen. #championship

Appears I was off on the guard position. Just saw Greer's tweet about this as well. @AlbertBreer · 6m 6 minutes ago Redskins coach Jay Gruden says the plan is to start Brandon Scherff out at right tackle.

Bill Callahan is pumped. As of today he has his bookend tackles! Do work with them.

Re: 2015 NFL Draft: Round 1
Personally, I'm weary of taking an offensive lineman who won't play left tackle at 5. I hope he works out, but I felt like a RT could be found later, especially with Williams on the board. He better be a beast if we passed on Williams for him.
That said, I like hearing we had him 3rd, even if I think it was a bit of a reach, I'll reserve judgement and trust in our new front office |

Solid pick, can't go wrong with the best O Lineman in the draft.
