Read my posts. He was QC for one year. That was after he jumped into the nfl after ONE year as a grad asst! Minus those two years he has worked under his father and Kubiack - who might as well be his father! It has to be the easiest path to a potential HC job in the history of the sport.

Cooley's joking? I don't know. Always have felt that may have been part of the problem with the teams lack of caring. More worried about his knee though.

Kyle became the QB's coach in 2007 when Schaub got there, you could argue that Johnson was a established WR when Kyle was the receivers' coach in 2006, and Arian Foster didn't come into the league until 2009, Kyle's last year in Houston.

They have been a top offense since his departure too.

That would explain why Houstan's offense didn't skip a beat when Kyle left.

But it would (significantly) detract from Kyle's already thin and underwhelming resume.

If some other franchise wants an OC without any meaningful accomplishments, send him with a nice bottle of Scotch. I think the love fest for Kyle is beyond absurd, and I'm (still) not sure his apologists are even being serious, but whatevs.

Not only that the Steelers are VERY beatable. Our offense hasn't been figured out by anyone yet and I think for once our D matches up well against their offense.
