Yeah. Seriously. And Herbert is right now. I like Heineke. If we are talking about the Saints game though Herbert wins it even with the hail mary and other long pass. Heineke was bad.

Something tells me he would suck here but man he sure does look great.

Just draft a QB in 2022 and take our chances. Keep drafting 1 until you hit. We need a fucking QB.

Re: The Bad Coaching, Offense, and Defense Post-Game Thread

We need a coaching staff that brings out the best of our roster. This staff clearly isn't.
Firing everybody now doesn't do much. But something has to change, quick.
Belichick and more recently Vrabel from the Titans showed you can coach around not so great roster and have success.
This defense is playing way below what they should be. As much as I think Collins sucks here, he was not that bad for the Giants. As much as I think Fuller sucks right now, he played well for us last time.
As much as WJ3 is disappointing right now, he was excellent last year with the Bengals.
As much as CY is having a disappointing season so far, he was a beast last year.

Something is off in the locker room. Something is off between the defense and their coach(es).

I have no issue with the disciplinarian "our way or the highway" approach... But you gotta be ready to actually do it. For now it's "our way or ... could you please have a look at our playbook before next week game?".
You wanna be old school disciplinarian ? Bench guys who don't listen, regardless of their draft/salary status. If you're not ready/able to do that, then adapt to your players strength.
Right now they look like weak ass moms going "but I swear he's a good kid, give me one more week and I'll swear he'll behave"... After their shitty child drew dicks on the classroom's wall 3 weeks in a row.

It's all about winning.

You can coach all sorts of different ways if you are winning.

We never win shit, so for us it seems like all the styles suck.

Good coaching makes average rosters into good teams

Agree. Looking back at Ron's tenure in Carolina, they way underachieved with one of the best QBs in the league. Now he has a bad QB and a below average roster so not surprisingly the results aren't good. Right now I think its 50-50 that Ron makes it to year 4 of his contract.

Yep look at The Ravens, that Defense is battered and beaten up with unjuries and they still win. The Offense literally has 2 weapons and no run game at all and they still win. F You Ron and Co

Re: The Bad Coaching, Offense, and Defense Post-Game Thread

What I'm wondering is what state of mind this team will be in after the next four games where they face three of the best quarterbacks ever to wear an NFL jersey? I believe that all four of the teams they will play are significantly better than the WFT and; therefore, it is probable that the WFT will lose all four of these upcoming games.

What sort of pablum could RR try to feed us then?

True but it’s alot easier to acquire one good coach than 53 or so good players…..

Something like “the guys should have been more aware of who they were playing “
“There will be no changes made, they just have to do better and im not sure why they aren’t. We have alot of talent it just isn’t translating onto the field and I don’t know why. What’s for dinner?”
