Perry Riley would not have been able to meet Wilson on the edge if he spied him.....but Keenan Robinson would have.....Haslett erred greatly.

What if Seattle lost Russell Wilson, Richard Sherman, Zach Miller, and Bobby Wagner? Would they be the same team with Tavaris Jackson? What if Denver lost Peyton Manning, Aquib Talib, Julius Thomas.. etc. There's no excuse for failure. But let's at least acknowledge that MOST teams in the league would suck if their starting QB was out. The Colts in the past went from perennial playoff contenders to 1-15 (Suck for Luck).. We just happen to have a good backup QB that's kept us competitive for 3 out of past 4 games. |
