Well when Collins had time on the 1st down he didnt make the throw.....then they just brought everything on the next 2 downs

Its not working too well? I dunno. I think they need to at least run once in the series. No matter if its 1st or 2nd down. I LOVE to see the Skins throw but this 3 rows and punt thing is really not the way to go about it.
