Favorite Podcasts?
Hey Guys,
While at work a lot of time I like to toss on my headphones and listen to something to tune out the background noise and focus away at the task at hand. I find I typically prefer talk-radio type things more than music. My question is, do you guys have any podcasts you like and would recommend? I'm personally interested in NFL related and comedy type podcasts -- but for the benefit of everyone please post whatever you like, just give us a categorization of the podcast!

Re: Favorite Podcasts?
Nice thread.
Favorites: Joe Rogan Experience: Comedy, MMA, Stoner talk BS Report: Bill Simmons, Sports Grantland Network - Hollywood Prospectus: Weekly recap of Walking Dead/Game of Thrones/Mad men depending on what season it is, plus general weekly entertainment content Skeptics Guide to the Universe: Science talk, lots of debunking as the title suggests Real Time w/ Bill Maher: Shortened version of the show (politics), but a good listen. HowStuffWorks: they have a few different short duration podcasts that are pretty interesting.

Re: Favorite Podcasts?
First Draft Podcast (ESPN)- Only runs from February through April but serves as an excellent primer for the draft. It's also funny to see how different the dynamic is between Kiper and McShay on the podcast where they're pretty buddy buddy as opposed to when they butt heads on TV.
Football Today (ESPN) - Ross Tucker knows his stuff. The Adam Carolla podcast (I-Tunes - Free)) - Closest I can get to the old Dr. Drew and Adam Carolla Loveline broadcast Personally I also enjoy listening to archived episodes of the Herd with Collin Cowherd. The ESPN app on smart phones gives you access to a lot of good stuff in regards to sports related podcast.

Re: Favorite Podcasts?
I was never really ever involved with them, but I do enjoy several of the ESPN Podcasts, such as NBA Today, Baseball Today (I stopped listening to Football Today a while ago because it became less about football and more about 'battle of the superfans'") I also enjoy listening to Sporting Life, and Outside the Lines on my walks home. Nice and relaxing.
Wall Street Journal's podcast and Freakonomics too. This American Life. Comedy Bang Bang

The Mike Omeara Show Podcast. It used to be a radio show but their station since became 106.7 The Fan.

Re: Favorite Podcasts?
I really like Tech News Today. It used to listen to it more regularly, but I've picked it back up in the last couple of weeks, I still really enjoy it
