Damn shame this show is ending. This is kinda how I felt when I found out The Wire was going to end.

I think I kind of ruined it for myself by watching the newer episodes first, before the old ones. Definitely thing the older ones were better

I've been hard pressed to find the motivation to go back and finish the series. I mean I loved season 1 and 2, and season 3 is pretty good in its own right, but it also feels a little repetitive.

Seasons 4 and 5 are pretty good, a lot of new characters and a big change of scenery.

Yeah I saw that when looking up the shows IMDB page. I remember thinking at first why so many pictures of Coach Taylor coaching an All Star game, then through other hints I found on the internet (ie Friday Night Lights Wiki) I learned what "East" really meant.
