Stephen Tulloch has resigned with Detroit. This is important because thats the first big name ILB to sign. This gives us and Fletcher an idea as to where to start negotiations.

Hey SFREDSKINS, what do you know about Reggie Smith? If he was good enough to start in SF (according to this Goldson's return kept him as a backup) the Skins should look at him (doesn't say whether he's a RFA or UFA).

Doucet, and Reggie Smith (who is a UFA) would be good pickups... both fill needs (slot WR, FS).
