Unfortunate fact of the matter is big guys (or big women) are more susceptible to sudden heart attacks than others. McGlockton, like most linemen, was a very big dude.
Sad. But if he didn't play football as long as he did and keep himself active, he might have died even sooner.

Alot of these guys carry around way too much weight and when they retire it's tough to take on a healthier lifestyle. Sad to hear he's gone so soon.
