BBQ & Bikinis THIS WEEKEND!

Cooking my first Event this weekend. Come on down!

If you are anywhere near Northern Virginia let me tell you where to go for a great time and some mighty fine BBQ. One of my best friend's owns a local Riverside Restaurant & Crabhouse and has asked me to take over an annual event and cook the bbq.

Tim's Rivershore Annual Pig Roast & BBQ
Memorial Weekend. May 28, 29 & 30
"Pirate Mike aka the "Pit Pirate" will be bringing his North Carolina style BBQing to Tim's Rivershore. Mike, Tim and Josh will be smoking Pork Butts for Pulled Pork and also a couple of Whole Hogs for picking."
"Mike will be answering BBQ questions and doing some demonstrations as well as picking up his guitar and playing us some music too. Come on down!!!"

On Saterday there will be Wake Board demonstrations and a Bikini Contest at 4:30 pm. This place is THE happening spot locally bar none and this will be a great and fun weekend.

If you can make it down please do and stop over to my Pit area and say howdy.

Next couple of days I will be making pounds and pounds of Rub, Mops and Sauces.

Like I said this is my first celebrating cooking so I'm about as nervous as I would be to go onstage with my band and play. It's Show Time!!!!!

See even Spam is good if it's about BBQ!

SBF, I really would love to come but I promised the misses to come down to Blacksburg so we can hide out in Buffalo Wild Wings this weekend wasted. I REALLY do want to try your BBQ, so please make some more for us for opening day.
