Amazing reps on the 225 bench. I've managed 47 reps of 225, but that was spread over 21 years and the weight may have varied slightly. Oh, and my 40 time is sub 4 seconds, but I have to have the right motivation.
Anyone else feeling really old and ordinary today? |

I cant find anywhere info on how the players did, their 40 times, or anything.
Anyone having better luck?
