That is a link that should pop up Real Player (if you have it). Skins will start broadcasting close to noon.

For you guys who have the opportunity to listen please give the rest of us a summary, thanks.

Hopefully he'll be a bit more specific than he was at the season ending press conference.

He's not quitting. He was totally joking about staying as a head coach for a very short period of time if the team doesn't win a few games next year.

Joe Gibbs didn't return to D.C. for the money. He said he didn't need it and it was never a big issue.

Oh and he "giggled" within the first 2 minutes which always cracks me up.

Wants to answer straight to the fans. Maybe a radio show.

Met with Smoot's agent over the weekend, good conversation, moving ahead.

Spoke personally with Pierce

Left messages for Lemar Marshall

Close to re-signing Salave'a

Rod Gardner supposedly requested a trade and the Redskins FO okayed it.

WR is a high priority. Seemed sort of aloof when talking about McCants. High hopes for Jacobs. Loves Thrash

They're looking for someone at WR who is talented and they can build around. Jacobs and Thrash are two guys we'd look at. WR is going to be a high priority this offseason.

They're going to look to solve the WR "problem" via free agency first and then the draft.

Medically, Mike Barrow should be fine, but the team still needs to consider "other things." I suppose he was talking about the salary cap etc.

He expects only to lose a few core group Redskins due to the salary cap.
