Why does the article about the punter show him about to drop back to pass? Is he the next Tupa?

Sounds good to me. My only concern is why this is his 5th team after only 7 years?

Looks like he consistently puts 1 out of every 4 punts inside the 20 and has 60-yard punt capability.

Big upgrade already.
