Just bought it today for the 360.

Anyone else played it/bought it?

im a huge soccer fan, and a huge fifa fan. i havent bought it yet but played the demo. have to say i wasnt a fan of the demo...

I play 07 all the time. Is it worth buying '08 for any purpose other than the rosters?

I've read some great reviews on it but I've never played any of the FIFA games.

I actually think FIFA is just as much fun as Madden has been. I think soccer just translates really well to video games.

soccer games are better than football games imo because i believe u have more control over the game in soccer. the fumbles in madden and the dropped interceptions etc just get frusterating. in soccer you control everything but the goalie, and they dont make mistakes...

imo the gameplay in fifa 07 is better than 08

i have bought fifa08 and it is awesome. i changed the camera to dynamic and that changed the game for me. the tele view or whatever (default) is shit. id reccomend it if u have played fifa07 and enjoyed it.
