That is quite an impressive streak.
Wilbon called San Antonio the Green Bay of basketball. That's a great compliment if you ask me.

OK, so I am a little early, but they are up at half and doubt that Cleveland will come back to win.

To me they're the Patriots of Basketball. I hope Tony Parker gets the MVP. I've been a fan of his for several years, he deserves the award.

I hate the Patriots, but I see your point.

Although, I think the Pats are going down the wrong road...with Belichik's issues, and the fact they purposely tried to embarass the Chargers last year...no class.

There isn't a single sports team from Texas that I like.

How do you guys think the Spurs stack up against other recent NBA dynasties like the Bulls, Lakers, Celtics, etc.?

Cleveland sucks man they were only there because the Bulls lost the last game of the year.

which laker's? magic and the gang would blow out the spurs, and Kobe and Shaq already beat basically the same spurs team that won. the Celtics with Bird, Michale and Parish would bury the spurs under the basket. Duncan would be able to only cover one of them. and i really think the spurs would match up pretty good against the bulls.

the spurs are a pretty good defensive team. who else, other then jordan, would score? and who would cover duncan? or parker? and throw in ginobelli, when he is on?

Pippen would still get off and Michael was a very good facilitator. The thing about the Bulls is their complimentary players all hit big shots. I know the Bulls would have gone to work on the Spurs.

Well, being a Celtics fan, I'll have to pass on commenting on them. I do think the most dominant team I have ever seen was Jordan's Bulls. I don't think any team, past or present could have beaten them at the top of their game.
That being said, the Spurs rank right up there with the best dynasties of all time...the reason I say this is cause they managed to do it over a 9 year span, and in the salary cap era. That is VERY impressive.
