J-Lo not only one with a "smoking butt" look at mine!

About 12:30 am I wrapped it up in two layers of foil and stoked the coals. Woke up about 4am and added more coals but never lifted the lid. First picture is opening the bag at about 8:30 am today. Second is I pinched the meat which fell in shreads. Third is clean bones and shreaded great tasting pulled pork. Now wipe the drool off the monitor. lol peace
