Davis is a real possibility. Magee is balling out at lb and Davis is looking ok rushing the passer. Just don't think he's big enough for that role.

If Forbes could improve significantly this year that would be huge. Really felt bad for the kid last year. Not ready to give up on him, but this is a big year. Dude was a straight ballhawk in college. Glad he's put on some weight.

The scheme did him no favors either, if he can't succeed under DQ his time will be short in the NFL.

Exactly. It shouldn't take too long at all to find out him or Davis. Quinn knows what's he's looking for on defense.

Quinn has said repeatedly that he wants DBs who run and hit. Hitting is not Forbes' thing because he does not have an NFL frame. It's not his fault. He may make the team but I don't like his chances of starting beyond October.

Davis is currently getting his last chance here and it requires him to change his position. I've seen this situation before in the NFL and it rarely works out; therefore, I'd say his chances of making the team are poor because we now have multiple LBs and Edges who are better than him.

Yes it's only training camp but it's especially hard not to drink the Koolaid this year. Just the ownership, complete new coaching staff and a roster overhaul is exciting. To be honest I wasn't a fan of the DQ hiring at first but I'm all in with what he has done so far. So much change I don't know really what to expect but I'm very optimistic! HTTR!!

I'm the same way about Quinn. I think he was the right man for the job now. But was no where near or top choice originally.
