You can actually put in your IE address bar:
ftp://137.113.76.155 and a box should come up asking for your username and password.

I can't get it either, but sometimes I am "Blocked" from things at work (which is where I am right now) Maybe I will have some success on my home computer later on tonight. I am anxious to see it. I am sure you spent some time on it. |

TMC - i'll check when I get home as well. I was able to log in, but didn't want to start downloading willy-nilly on a gov't PC
