Re: Winning

If you are over 70 and still hogging a spot in congress you are a selfish narcissist that thinks you're so important than there is no way we could survive without you. Congress is not supposed to be a lifetime job. You can only be president twice for 8 years, no reason you should be allowed to be a senator more than 2 terms for 12 years or a house member for 6 terms of 2 years. Its absurd how rich all these fuckers get at our expense.

North Korea tells US it will not denuclearise in return for peace treaty

North Korea has ruled out dismantling its nuclear arsenal in exchange for the US declaring an end to the Korean War, saying on Tuesday that a peace treaty should "never be a bargaining chip."

The North has for decades demanded that the US formally declare the end of the 1950-53 conflict that was halted only with an armistice, saying an official end to the war would ease tensions on the flashpoint peninsula.

WOW:

Trump’s new loyalty test: Don’t make trade deal with China

https://www.ctvnews.ca/politics/trud...deal-1.4118165

Fucking Ruthless by Trump and Administration. Talk about cut throat...

The new U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement allows any of the countries to withdraw from the deal on six-month's notice if one of the partners enters into a free trade agreement with a non-market economy -- language widely seen as referring to China

The USMCA also requires a member country to provide notice and information to the other two partners if it plans free trade talks with a "non-market" economy

The clause in the new agreement -- which still needs formal approval in all three countries -- gives the other partners a say in the text of such a deal.

Conservative MPs repeatedly referred to that clause as a "Trump veto" during question period, while trade experts remained divided on whether that was in fact the case

This is the type of deal Trump practice in private...just fucking ruthless.

Do you think China conducts fair trade with the United States?

I find it funny that the left has cozied up to China and Iran recently. Folks are so blinded by their trump syndrome.

Re: Winning

When Bush was president, anything positive was due to Clinton's policies and anything bad was Bush's fault. When Obama was president, anything positive was due to his policies, and everything bad was Bush's fault. Now that Trump is president, anything positive is due to Obama's policies, and anything bad is Trump's fault. Its unbelievable but actually quite impressive how a huge section of the democratic machine and its voters think like this.

It's mainly G1 here that blows that smoke. Matty, mooby and others all acknowledge the growth and economic success has been part of Trump's policies, albeit they are waiting for the other shoe to drop - deregulation destroying the planet, worker's dying in sweat shop conditions, companies greed bringing the next great depression, etc.
