Cowpukes cut Cortez

I guess when he blamed his holder for missing that 24 yarder yesterday didn't help his case. That was so sweet.

A huge Redskins win and a really deflating Cow-Whores loss. Always a great weekend.

Shame the Weasels and Gnats managed to dig themselves out of their tight scrapes.

Re: Cowpukes cut Cortez

Well that makes two games, because he missed a feild goal against us, which potentially would have won that game for them too. I'm suprised this hasent come sooner. Cortez is just not a very good kicker. I wouldnt be surpsied to see one of our two current kickers in big D.

I think Gibbs holds onto Novak this week so he doesn't become a Cowpuk.

I agree that Redskins are holding onto Nick 'at night' Novak for atleast another week for this purpose alone! Cowboys would and might steal him in the future.

With all the legs problems Hall hs had over the past two years we might just carry two kickers all year.

I wouldn't be opposed to that only because of the problems Hall has had. I don't want him getting hurt in 3 weeks and us going after Cortez or someone else if Novak is gone by then.
