Bigg Thicc Turkey Leg Giants - Redskins Postgame Central
KC might have been sacked 6 times, but this had all the requirements for a good Redskins game.
- KC balls out just enough to get a comfortable win, and also doesn't let that pick six ruin the rest of his game (pay the man). - Beat the Giants by double digits (tells me that we def have some heart) - Perine has another solid day rushing - Defense finally puts together a solid 60 minutes of football - Kerrigan has a couple sacks - Eli Manning with the super-clutch Eli Manning game ending interception (I was hoping for it and I got my wish) - Kendall Fuller with his team-leading 4th interception of the year? Fucc yea big boi, quietly a solid player (yeah I heard Collinsworth slobbing on his knob after that pick) - Crowder finally his has first big game of the year, at a time when we desperately needed it Negatives: Fuck you turf (yeah I'm putting that pick on the turf, it's annoying, when RG3 tears his ACL because of our shit turf we get a pledge from Dan himself that the turf will be replaced midseason, but I guess that no longer applies because Average Joe Cousins is now our qb). The throw was off target because Kirk's foot got stuck in the turf. Catalina/Kouandjio, because I need someone to blame for all the sacks, and I give passes to Moses/Scherff/Nsekhe because they're all playing injured and we know the alternative is even worse than our injured starters. I do blame the lack of depth on our coaching staff/FO, next year I think they should roll with 10 linemen. Junior Galette: I refuse to give him credit for the late game sack because we got a total freebie on the non-facemask call, which was clearly visible on replay. Not going to look up the stats but I believe without that one he still doesn't have a single solo sack this year. Edit: Can't believe I forgot to say Happy Thanksgiving everybody, here's to the Skins closing out the day with a W.

It was an ugly win, but a win despite missing so many starters against a team missing many starters too. I'll take it.

No great positives that really stick out, but a win is a win. Perrine looked good again though, so that's a good sign. Just have to keep winning by any means necessary.

A holiday punting festival. Kirk came up big on a few throws and Perine got stronger as the game went on. Lots of heart left in this team, guys playing hurt. And yes, our owner should be embarrassed to show that field on prime time TV. At least he didn't paint the dirt green.

Said it in another thead but I've seen high school football fields in better shape than FedEx field! How can Snyder allow this team's home turf go to shit?? And I too recall this being a problem back when RGIII got hurt in the Seattle game. WTF?

Re: Bigg Thicc Turkey Leg Giants - Redskins Postgame Central
Was out at the game tonight. The only positive was we won. Fed Ex sucks. What a terrible place w/ numerous assholes everywhere. I will never go there again, ever. At least I will have RFK memories.
Eli blows. He is terrible and so is his o-line. They're just a bad football team. And Gruden sucks too. He continued his bafoonery on that 4th and an inch. All that dummy had to do was call a sneak for the 2nd week in a row. Then they couldn't get lined up and got a delay. That's 100% on Gruden. Period. The int was on KC, not the field. He didn't set his feet and when he does that he throws inaccurate so that's on him. He did just enough though but not his best game. I just don't understand why they can't get Doc involved. It's beyond frustrating at this point. I feel that's also on Grudnen too. |

Good: Crowder , KC though he seemed a little hesitant tonight- throw the ball away sometimes man. Jeez. - he still did what he had to do and he didn’t give up, The Defense was ferocious all night long, Perrine, Tress Way.
Bad: Grudens play calling, Grudens clock management or lack there of, special teams, how invisible Vernon Davis is, the injuries- hopefully nothing long term from this game. |

Didn't even watch, after that NO i am done with the skins this year.
With our luck this win is the one that puts us to far up the draft broader and we miss out on someone good. We won the Thanksgiving Shiity Bowl; hooray! Also, are the Eagles going play even one good team this year? They have CHI this week, wtf!

Class act, Giantone. I’d be curious for your thoughts on benching Eli. He looks done to me. Of course, he has no one to throw to. But it was atrocious. Darkwa looks promising. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ugly win but who cares. Game balls to Crowder, Perine, Cousins, and Kerrigan.

Can’t lie...I was aseelp by like 9:45. Playing with 3 and 5 year old niece and nephews wore my butt out.
Thankful for this win. When I see 10 points allowed, gotta praise the defense for the effort

Re: Bigg Thicc Turkey Leg Giants - Redskins Postgame Central
Giants offense only scored 3, so the defensive effort was even better than the score indicates

I enjoyed this game the most since Oakland. My son and I saw Justice League then heard the final score after the movie.
