Are you ready for some training camp?!
The Washington Redskins bring their training camp to Richmond for the third straight year, beginning Thursday and holding 13 practices before camp breaks Aug. 17
It's the third year the Redskins will be training at the $10 million facility in Richmond. Each year there, training camp has drawn more than 160,000 fans. The Redskins (4-12 in 2014) will hold three joint practices with the Houston Texans Aug. 6-8. A ticket – which could only be obtained through a lottery conducted July 20 – is required for the Aug. 8 practice, but not the other two. Last year's three days of joint practices with the New England Patriots drew more than 60,000 fans. Fan Appreciation Day is scheduled for Aug. 15. Here's what you need to know before heading to Richmond. Redskins set for training camp in Richmond - Daily Press |

My favorite line in the article: "It will take some time for everything to come together, but for the first time in a while, the Redskins are looking like they have people at the helm who might just have a clue." Yes, Dawn, we Redskins fans want desperately for that to be true.
