Selling my jet ski
Needing a break from all the draft "pandelerium", I need some help selling my jetski. I listed it on ebay and there's only one day left and I still have no bids. Im getting a little anxious. If any of you guys are interested, I'd be willing to give a good price and even take a test ride. Here's the ebay item number if you want to check it out: 4544518928. I have more pitures of it, but i couldnt post them for some reason.
BTW, if this is inappropriate I apologize, just let me know... Im not trying to turn this place into my own personal classifieds, but I figured someone here might want it. |

Re: Selling my jet ski
I don't think it's a problem -- this is the offtopic forum. That's what it's for!
By the way - what part of Amissville are you in? I'm from Rappahannock myself! Lived in Flint Hill.

I dont know how you'd move away. If you don't have to commute it is beautiful out here and not too far from everything.

Re: Selling my jet ski
Going to George Mason, so I'm not going to drive 2 hours each way every day (depending on traffic.) Also at the age of 22 it's also VERY boring. It's a pretty place, but there are very few things to do.
Not that I dislike it whatsoever, at this point in my life I want something social that doesn't involve drinking moonshine in a truck.

Re: Selling my jet ski
Who wouldn't want to sit in traffic for two hours to get to school?!
Yeah, the commute has been pretty rough for me. Like Daseal, I go to Mason. I graduate w/ a BS CS this semester. When I graduated from HS I bought a brand new Honda Civic. It had 4 miles on it. It will be 4 years old in May and now has 107k on it. She still purrs like a kitten and gets 40mpg, though . The absolute worst commute I had was when I had a 730am class. I ended up having to leave my house at 530am just so I could guarantee myself being there by the time class started. Sometimes it would take 50 mins, sometimes the full two hours, you could never tell. That was the worst, and I'm glad thats done! For my job, I'll be driving 50+ miles to Stafford, but there's no traffic, so its not too bad. Canthetuna, its good to see young families come to the area. You know where the ballfield is right off 211 between Mayhugh's and Early's? That's some of my family's land. I actually live 2 miles south of Ben Venue on 729, though.
