It's so funny how we used to play those games on a $100 system and buy them for about $50 a piece. Crazy stuff.

Remember NFL Football '94 for Sega? I remember beating teams like 200-0. The spin move was deadly in those games. You could not be tackled if you did it.

I remember when 10 Yard Fight came out and my friends and I loving it, playing it every afternoon after school

But man were the players slow. You could break a tackle have nothing but clear daylight ahead of you for a touchdown, go to your neighbor's house and have dinner, and still get back in time for the extra point.

Then Tecmo came out and everything changed. Dennis Gentry of the Bears was my star player

Dave Meggett was my man in Tecmo. The Giants were the best team to play with in that game. When you had Talylor rushing the QB and Meggett on offense, it was sick.

I was never too impressed by the Skins' in the game, it really p*ssed me off.

My man was Bo Jackson. He was sooo fast and would break every tackle.

Do you guys remember Bill Walsh College Football 94 for Sega Genesis? Bo was a beast in that game too.....

If you guys are interested in hooking up and playing some old school tecmo super bowl online I can send you guys the rom and the emulator. I used to play in an online league, it's a lot of fun. There's a program that you can use to update the rosters too.

Maybe we can set up a league if there's enough interest.

yep the giants in tecmo bowl...used LT to block soo many extra points...

and in tecmo super bowl, i used the Lions a lot...Barry Sanders was so sick in that game. either them or the Chiefs...with Christian Okoye and Barry Word...i never used Oakland because I will always hate the Raiders...my buddy and i played TSB for hours on end...i used to shadow bo jackson with a linebacker...and he would break tackles 8 out of 10 times...

every once in a while...i break out the old nintendo and get thru a season of TSB. still have to blow and bang the box to make it work, but that was half the fun.

yeah, i had bill walsh for genesis...i rarely used the older teams...always used Florida State...i love college football games for consoles...

Aww man, I loved using old teams on Bill Walsh. Georgia w/ Herschel Walker, USC w/ Marcus Allen, and of course Auburn w/ Bo Jackson.

Between the Warpath and Tecmo online I'd never get any work done.
