Larry Johnson or Willie Parker
Why are these guys out of work while we have no running game?
Neither is better than Portis or Torain, but aren't they better than passing every play? Why couldn't we bring either back now? They should know the offense.

Re: Larry Johnson or Willie Parker
I wonder why neither has been brought back. Larry Johnson was my early season favorite to start. I'm surprised they dont give them either a look.

Re: Larry Johnson or Willie Parker
They're both washed up. Why haven't other teams that have lost RB's picked them up? There must be a reason, you think...

Larry Johnson sucks. Remember him trying to reverse field? Yeah, exactly.

Re: Larry Johnson or Willie Parker
No thanks. Very tired of old guys. How come we can't get a guy like LaGarret Blount? Guys like that...if he didn't punch that dumb ass kid from Boise he would've been a first rounder. Tenn didn't need him, tried to put him on the practice squad and TB picks him up and he's their leading rusher. Now that's good front office work. Picking up a young potential stud RB for nothing.

These guys aren't going to fix the problems on the OL. Might as well give the young guys a look the rest of the way.

Marcus Mason
(I'm not supporting the idea...but he was showing up somewhere in this thread)

These guys aren't going to fix our play calling woes either. When you're 31 in the league in rushing attempts you might want to explore the idea or rushing the ball.

Both of these guys are bums just like the two guys who are active are bums. Mike Shanahan is one of the biggest proponents of the run in football. Doesn't it tell you all that you need to know that a Mike Shanahan team is 31st in carries? The coaches believe that our running game creates a disadvantage. I am not going to argue with them. |

Re: Larry Johnson or Willie Parker
We just didnt have good RB's this year. Ryan Torain was a beast, but he got injured. CP as we knew shouldn't be starting, and LJ and WP couldn't crack the roster....we were doomed.
