You've played so many different positions with the redskins, and been able to adapt so well to each one. What do you attribute your flexibility to?

Great question man.. def one at the heart of his making the squad. He had a great quote about being similar to Arian Foster in the fact that they both started as practice squad guys.

Yep when you have that versatility it makes the coaches want to keep you around. It's so impressive to see him make plays in such a variety of situations.

I'd add onto this: which position is your favorite? Can you play WR?

Re: Five Alive: Submit questions for Lorenzo Alexander

Which ILB positions do Henson and Riley back-up WILB/SILB or are the ILB positions interchangeable in Haslett's system? (Side question: How is Henson doing?)

(Also, please pass along my thanks to him and the players that came out for the All Pro Sports Camp, it had a big impact on my nephew, a Giants fan, who now roots for Alexander, Chris Horton and Golston every week.)

HTTR!
Stay healthy and have a great season

Have the coaches talked to you about being a long-term starter at ILB?

It would also be nice to know the expected distribution between 4 man and 3 man fronts (e.g.: 20/80).

I know you can block, but can you catch? Because we need a new fullback

Who plays more positions? You or Jenna Jameson?

In all seriousness, what teammate has given you the best advice and what was it ? And what's your favorite pie

Your terrific flexibility means you must change your body weight. How do you lose weight yet still retain your strength?

Thank you in advance.

Re: Five Alive: Submit questions for Lorenzo Alexander

questions submitted..

I left out some of the personnel grouping ones as Shanahan doesn't want the media or players reporting on it.

I think that they reached an injury settlement, they could always bring him back in later.
