NFL week 16

Thursday starts another week. Really looking forward to Sunday. Last dance in FedEx for the season.

Close game tonight Jags vs. Colts, just tied late in the 4th at 24-24.

Scratch that as typing....... INT to the house for the Colts they just went up 31-24. I guess no huge surprise.

Really good game. It was great to see Keiwan Ratliff doing the Gator Chomp after that pick 6.

Quietly a very nice divisional game here. Jags up 17-7 at halftime, outscored 24-7 in the second half. Vintage Peyton Manning. 365 yards and 3 TDs.

Yep. And typical Jags finish on the other side. To take the sack and the line of scrimmage is the 8, with only a handful of seconds and no timeouts you have to be smarter than that.

Bad, bad stuff....for the Jags.

I don't think it has to do with smarts. That was their O-line just flat out getting beat. Everyone knew how important pass pro was on that play. They just wet the bet.

When your o-line gets beat you have to be prepared to get rid of the ball quickly, he had plenty of time over 10 seconds. Split hairs how you choose its smarts/quicks he did neither. You damn sure can't take a sack.

The Jags wet the bed is about right.

Moving on. Hope our neighbors up 95 spank the shit outta the cowpukes tonight!

Typical December Tony Romo. In the farewell to Texas Stadium, Romo's first half: 8-17, 59 yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs, 16.2 rating. Awesome!

And McGahee just rips a 77 yard TD to seal it. Bye Texas Stadium. Nice December Romo. You loser.

Re: NFL week 16

Romo still has one pick left in him.

And we might just get to head into Week 17 with a shot at the playoffs. We won't get it, but as long as we have something to play for, I'm happy.

Re: NFL week 16

I dedicate this, my 4,000th post on The Warpath, to Texas Stadium going out with an embarrassing, bed wetting loss by Dallas. Another poor December showing for Romo, and now "America's Team" (cough - horseshit - cough) loses control of their playoff destiny and looks pretty dumb on national TV.

I loved all the shots of Jerry Jones looking dejected and pissed off in the stadium's owner's box for the last time. And the crowd boos their Cowboys with a minute left in Texas Stadium's last game!! YES!!!!!

Think about this: The Cowboys opponent's very last offensive play ever in Texas Stadium history was THE LONGEST RUN by a visiting team in stadium history!! Literally going down in utter shame.

My goodness this game made me happy.

Do you believe in Cam Cameron now? People laugh at me when I say he should be a coaching candidate for someone and people say he's just another Norv. I DON"T THINK SO!!

Re: NFL week 16

Watching the presser- John Harbaugh is a pretty damn good coach. Most importantly, the staff around him is excellent. Hint Hint....
